Hey fit long time lurker here, through my childhood I used to be fat as fuck. People bullied me left and right but even though it hurt at the time, it gave me a thick skin that really came of use to me later in my life. I got hard into drugs at a young age bc of the crippling insecurity I got from being bullied and to be honest, i dont think that'll fade away, even though after a few years of bullying i got good at being social and started to out-friend every bully i ever had, leaving them behind wanting to be friends with me. The drugs made me a skinny ass skeleton, i mean really skinny. One day I looked at myself in the mirror and decided I didnt want to be remembered this way, so I took a leap and went for it, and it payed the fuck off. I know this all sounds like some corny ass shit but I wouldnt be where i was now if it wasnt for Veeky Forums as a whole.

Bro split after 2 main compound movements every day, ex. leg day as follows, back squat 8 total sets
2 warm ups normally
135 lbs x 12 all reps a2g
185 x 12
then working sets
focus on slow down power up
225 x 12
increase based on 85% of max so lets say my max right now is 315
so I'll essentially add 10-15 lbs every set with 2 minute rests between, decrease reps by 2 each time
once I hit set 8 i'll do 5 sets of my max for 2-3 explosive motions
numbers arent exact whatsoever bc lmao tren so my max goes up every week
went from one rep 315 2 weeks ago to repping it for 12 like it was aylmao 2pl8
(neglected training legs for a year bc in love and got fat)
then I do the same routine after but for front squats
then accessories including leg press 4 sets to failure or can't walk
save diddlies for the weekend
rinse and repeat for all muscle groups
I do a major leg movement every other day as well.
Currently eating 4kcal clean every day to put on lean mass before a cut leading up to a show in october, novice classic physique. Have a legit prep coach really dialing in my everything. Life is good but ex still fux with my head so I just use that to get pissed and throw around weights. This is me in december at the same weight after a year of neglecting training and diet
