Because it's Everett, Klokov, and Takano. Not trying to "appeal to authority", but a novice can at least be sure the things are coming from people who have experience with weightlifting.
What do you even mean with "egotistical", there's literally nothing in the OP with my name on it.
Previous OP is the same, I just removed like three links in favour of new ones that, in my opinion, are going to be more useful to novices.
You can disagree of course.
But what made me decide to change this was the amount of people coming up to me to ask WL questions on /plg/ and /rg/ that could easily be answered with better links in the /owg/ OP.
The only links removed are:
>dropbox.com/sh/mjgz5nmcikhhvnu/28iq3URWUW
Dead link.
>reddit.com/r/weightlifting/wiki/faq
No one coming here and reading the OP is looking for the rules of what is an acceptable post or how to conduct themselves on reddit.
They wanna know how to get started as a beginner
That's why I included Klokov's videos (which are, in my opinion, better than Pendlay's that are linked somewhere in the reddit faq) and Everett/Takano programs in its place
Not saying this is perfect as is, just a start. We can work on including more useful info
>chinfl.blogspot co.uk/2013/07/how-into-weightlifting.html
Half decent. Good info here and there, but too many memes, broscience, and bad advise (this last one is my opinion).
But wait... look who's the author... I wonder why he's so mad at me changing the OP.
Who's the real egotist here?
>It tells you how many posts vs how many posters m8
Literally just look at the corner of the screen?
>just look at that other thread
You mean summer is starting? I hadn't noticed that yet
>this meme that it's only one hater is ridiculous
No one is saying only one person hates me
What people are saying is that two people derailing a thread everytime I post doesn't mean /owg/ hates me. Just means we have excellent resident shitposters
