What do you guys think of these little forearm/wrist gyro balls? Apparently they're great for hand and wrist pain

I've had one for a couple years, they work pretty well and are definitely worth the money. I work an office job so I use it every morning to warm up my wrists.

when i just started lifting my hands and wrists were completely fine. i scoured /owg/ threads begging for advice, but they always said some bullshit like "so? that's how it's supposed to be". then i got me one of these babies, been living the /crippling tendonitis/ life ever since.
