Nah, just loads of cardio. I'm currently quite fat (120kg) and fruit smoothies (weighed fruit) really help my sweet tooth cravings.

I don't like pizza crust plus it's full of carbs so I sauté my favorite toppings, add a dollop of tomato paste and a bit of water, stir, top with cheese and bake 10 min. Like a crust-less casserole with all the pizza tasty goodness and no soggy crusts ever again.

i'm cutting atm. i will en-corp more fats soon including egg yolks. im sort of on a low fat low carb diet i get around 31g of fat 91carb and 193protein i have enough energy to run 6k 4 days a week and 5k once i lift 4 days a week and work a full time job.

around 1200-1500 cal i have enough energy and my lifts are staying the same with a little improvement

That dish looks good and probably tastes good as well, but there's no getting around the fact that it's still: fish, eggs, and veggies. Congrats on making them more bearable, but if you think outside the box and broaden your cooking repertoire you can eat just about anything you want, including awesome desserts, and not be stuck trying to find ways to make brodiet more edible.
