Did you use the monash uni gym when you were in melbourne?

youtube.com/watch?v=sM33N_fzMLI
this was following squats and bench, so it was a pretty a v e r a g e set

can't believe i'm posting in a joff thread :^)

who's that attractive, morbidly obese, balding, asian man?
what's the weight?

hey i recognise that gym from a broscience video

Nah

A friend said it was rubbish

If I've been training with just linear stuff for the past month or so with no peak in mind (just increasing weight on lifts week by week at certain rep ranges) and have now signed for a meet in about 6 weeks, would I be best off peaking now, testing maxes and running some month long program cycle, or doing something else?

Only got one meme response about c6w last thread, considering this but was gonna use a cuckols 3x week bench program and just try to stretch it out for 6 weeks instead of 4.

oh he's a legendary powerlifting kaiser of china. renowned coaching, truly.
and it's only 515. could totally pulll 800 fresh tho ofc

it's barbell brigade breh

new, shows up in catalogue even

Tons of light reverse hypers/back extensions

Stretching & decompression

will do. i figured getting some blood flow would be a good idea. still really tender so i wasn't sure if i should stretch or not.

Do your erectors hurt when you turn your torso?I have had that pain for so long, almost went away during a deload week but came istantly after my first squat workout.
I'm almost losing hope on ever training again without some sort of pain.

Nope only feel it when I mimic the bottom/middle of a round backed conventional deadlift. But if you've had pain consistently for a long time it's time for DOCTOR

Sweater or hoodie for squats as a skeleton?

I think I found out why I never felt tight with weight, my upper back is pretty thin so the second I load anything up, it feels off. When I tried wearing a hoodie, the bar just locked in place so nicely.

My max is 150kg and I am just under 80kg, the bar feels much more locked in even with 60kg.

I cant keep a jumper on past warmups even in winter

Too warm

Bump you boring fucks

I'd reccomend the recent juggernaut podcast on foam rolling to ya. I think its called Foam Rolling, What Is It Good For

boutta go lift boiz. Sheiko small load is feelin bretty boring. I don't know that it still quilifies as high volume

Don't use a regular foam roller for your lower back.
Use a smaller one, or tennis balls.

However, if you're still in the acute phase of the (small) injury, let it rest and use ice or topical antiinflammatories if needed.
Only start with stretching and rolling after a couple of days.

Why do small load? Have you ran medium load before?

no it was my first time doing sheiko and since everyone always complains about the fatigue...

Next time Im doing medium load

Fucking juniors
