The only time my dietary cholesterol went up was when i did GOMAD for three weeks. And that's because i literally forced milk into myself for weeks. I eat what i want and all my levels are healthy. I'm guessing it was the sugar because i personally don't consume much sugar at all. I've always had a higher fat diet.
