When are you guys going to jump on the Kinobody train? This guy literally eats chocolate, burgers, fries, alcohol and stays at 6-7% BF with ease.

All he does is intermittent fast, eats what he wants (meals high in protein, carbs, fats) and maintains BF%
I've jumped on the train and went from 215 to 188 in 2 1/2 months, I eat fucking wendys, subway, chinese food etc every damn day and hit my macro's on a -500 to -600 deficit. I cut out most sugars and drink diet drinks and have had no negative effects from it. Some days I eat maintenance calories even.
I had my BP tested and it used to be high as fuck, my doctor told me my health has never been better and he's amazed that I'm getting away with eating fast food. I workout 3-4 days a week and strength train low volume just like he says and all my lifts have gone up. BF% has gone from 24% down to 16%
This guy has been right all along.
