So Veeky Forums, how long does it actually take for you to lose muscle tone? I haven't lifted more than once a week for 3 weeks now due to work and I feel like my biceps have shriveled.

so while it is totally legit to say someone is "toned", it is not to okay to say "i'm lifting these 5lbs dumbbells to tone up my arms" (unless you want to sound like a colossal faggot)

I haven't lifted in like 2 months and I think I look the same as I did, maybe more fat because my diet is the same as when I lifted.
But I am on roids so maybe that's why.
