>By 9:00am I am at my computer working

I will take a half hour break at noon to eat 6 chicken lanieres, a cup of rice and half a can or corn or peas with a few tablespoons of barbecue sauce. Lunch portions are halved when I'm cutting and barbecue sauce is replaced with mustard or soya sauce.

I work until 5:00pm. I have free time until 8:30pm when my routine loops back again. I will usually play hockey at this time and have supper with my family somewhere around 7:00pm.
