What shoes do you all wear when working out?
Mine is pic related but I realise now how bad that is
Gym shoes
...
>he's one of those
You know, shoes like that scream "im new to the whole fitness thing" ?
I wear pic related for all compounds but deadlifts
only for squats and deads tho
...
looks like something a kid with severe deformities would wear
Vans-like shoes from Primark, 6€
adidas powerlift 2 for squats
>inb4 crossfit
They are the closest thing resembling a lifting shoe I could find in my fucking shit city/country
>severe deformities
>manletism
wow, and the body wasn't even cold
Metcon 2
Regular-ass $50 shoes, with good insoles
>retards spending more money just to stand or sit still and lift
Costed me like 50$ theyre very light, resistant and comfy. The sole is good enough for lifting
Does anyone know the exact model of these shoes?
I think they are some series of Asics Matflex, but can't find the exact one
I am new only been going 3 months. I want guidance in what shoes are actually good to wear
...
Just wear shoes that are beneficial to your fucking lifting, running shoes like yours definitely arent. Its not about fashion lol
i dont really buy new ones until the current ones explode or something
Asics Matflex Tryhard series 2. You fucking tool.
I have two pairs of under armour shoes.
One for running and one for the gym.
The gym pair are also decent for casual wear. They look nice.
Metals for deads and squats. Regular sneakers for all else.
>changes shoes between sets
>not new
pick one
I understand this meme
Romaleo 2 if squatting
Chucks or barefoot otherwise
FS Lite Trainer 3
$50 and sexy as hell
>resistant
resistant to what? gains?
Why are you so mad, brochacho? :^)
>He has shoes bought solely for the gym
How fucking rich are you faggots?
>that guy that wears basketball shorts to the gym.jpg
I didn't like at first but those are pretty neat user
Free RN Flyknits, they're my indoor ones then i have some free run 4.0 for running
If you're not a high school wrestler your feet have no business in these shoes. Im just letting you know that everyone you encounter will take one look at those fucking shoes and automatically assume you have an extra chromosome.
>running
>current year
>tfw no adistars
It's not like I do oly lifting anyway but still.
lol obviously if i did squats first, its not like i will take my shoes off just to do some curls or ohp.
use your brain
Alan Thrall says that they are good for deadlifting, why not then?
That guy that wears $100 t-shirts to the gym.
Power Perfect 2, for everything except SUMO deadlift. Yes.
love'em
>sumo deadlift
>cheat deadlift
>girl from class asked me to workout with her today
>it's lower day where i squat and power clean
>"user, why aren't you wearing shoes?"
fucking bitch fuck you ey.
Don't know if I should get some real lifting shoes or shoes that actually look good (i'm kinda stylish guys). Right now I just have some cheap asic running shoes that I remove after stretching.
It kind of stands between some neat under armour shoes or adipowers. What do?
is it not awkward walking around in lifting shoes? like tippy toeing around
Get real oly shoes... You're pathetic.
I have these in red. The sole is certainly NOT good enough for lifting, it even compresses when I bench ffs
good for hanging out but not even a good walking or running shoe
lol
So many goddamn summerfags in this fucking thread
I lift heavier than most guys I see sporting lifting shoes. Just never tried them on.
L-lifts?
Bought these. Love them desu
Deadlift 440
Squat 350
BP 250
OHP 190
Not extraordinary numbers at all, but I feel pretty good about my strength level since at a low body fat.
Remember that nigga that taped what looked like wooden door stops to the heels of his shoes?
