How did you break the plateau? also mirin deadlift
how is your squat so weak compared to your other lifts?

>Those Shitty lifts are my warmups
>I HATE BEING FAT FFS
Who /stallingoneverything/ here?
Multiple reasons
Shitty proportions for one (>long femurs, short torso)
I wanted to do highbar for a long time, but I simply lacked the mobility, so I couldn't really progress on it, as soon as it got heavy (lmao2pl8), my form would break down, I would fold over, the classic problems you know.
When I switched to lowbar, my squat went up a lot, but it's obviously still shit.
I changed my stance width and foot position a lot, because it never felt right.
When I squat heavy it basically looks like a Layne Norton style good morning squat.
I just finished a cycle of 5/3/1, my deadlift went up by 20kg, my squat by 0. I really don't know where to go from here, if I should just embrace the squat-morning style or switch back to highbar as my main squat.
I improved my mobility a lot, I can now do highbar properly, but that would mean my squat 1RM would have to drop 30kg or so...
right here, brah
stick with lowbar. If you change your stance width/squat style all the time you will never feel comfortable. I used to have the same problem but in the end i stuck with lowbar and now it is progessing well. Also do some good mornings, they will help with your squat alot.
>tfw weak squat compared to deadlift
A lot of people think they're stalling when in reality. There's no such thing. If you stall don't be afraid to up the weight and decrease the reps more so that you'd notmally like.

fucking kill me
my max on weighted chins is 3x5 +30 kg, or 34kg 5 for a single set
deads 3,5 plaet x3
squats 2,5 plaet x4
henry cejudo?
didn't you get ktfo?
Nope, Kieran
I just checked who that is, I don't know whether to be insulted since he's an ugly motherfucker or pleased I was mistaken for an MMA fighter with a 10-1 record.
Do you think I endlessly tried to do sets of 5 for a whole year? It's things like tweaks to form like foot placement, bar path, grip width, etc. More or less it's necessary to keep punching the clock until you beat it
Sorry for the delay mang, I fell asleep. I just kept benching. I got so worn out I've had to do a bunch of variations just to make it fun again. I'm thinking all I have to do is not neglect horizontal push, keep building contributing muscles, and make form changes. Hopefully progress can continue
2 months, 0 progress from 115x5 OHP.
>those stats
lol fatass gtfo
your OHP sucks because it's the one lift being a fat fuck doesn't help you with
