You can boil some water and cook your oats togehter with some apples. Add some cinnamon. Or just slice a banana and spice it up with some vanillia. Thats how i eat mine nearly every day.

frozen berry mix. mine's blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, good as faaaaawk. add a little dark chocolate on top after microwaving, I'll never get tired of it. You can choose different fruits like bananas or apples but mixed berries are tastiest

Also it helps if you don't buy the cheapest oats there are. If you're in the U.S try Bob's Red Mill or one of the other fancier brands. Quaker seems to be ok. The taste of the oats, though subtle, can make a bretty big diff in ease of eating.

theyre not bad but i personally prefer more fiber. about 200 grams of oats fills my daily carb needs on a cut (and i would have other carb sources too ofc) but only gives maybe half of my fiber needs

Tried it, at first it wasn't too bad but it left this dirt aftertaste in my mouth, so I just started mixing in just enough water or milk to swallow them whole without chewing. Still tastes a little like shit though.

I really don`t understand oats and oats in a fucking cut.
I tried oats with water maybe 20 times over years and they are always shit no matter what. I really like the taste but I feel like it`s more of a dessert than everyday food. They are pretty caloric and you MUST use milk and butter to make it decent.

Oats have like 350 kcal in 100g while you can choose rice (110kcal), carrots (80kcal), beets (40kcal), cabbage (25kcal). Maybe I have a self control problem because I always choose ingredients that gives the greater volume by calories (aka vegetables). Also rice is more versatile and have much better texture.

I'm eating an oatmeal for breakfast for the past eight months now and I'm always looking forward to it because it's fucking delicious. Here's the ingredients and what I do:

- couple of frozen bluberries
- banana
- apple
- kiwifruit
You can add mango, grapes, whatever you like too. This is where you can mix it up
- oats (around 150g)
- flaxseed
- cottage cheese (i take 250g)
- spoon of honey

Mix everything and while you cut all the fruits and mashed them with a fork, you put 500ml of whole milk into the microwave for about 8 minutes.
Pour it into the bowl and you have what feels like 2 kilograms of nutritious and delicious food for breakfast

This seems excessive but you will get the hang of it. If you don't love this, I can't help you

I'm a lazy fuck, so I make my oats in jars a week at a time. It is super easy and you can just grab and go.
Do it like this:
Oats
Chia seeds
Greek yogurt
Whole milk
Flavor (peanut butter, sliced apples, berried, banana, spices, etc. Whatever you want)
Put enough oats in the jar to fill 1/3 and then enough milk to cover just the top. Put in a spoon full of chia seeds and then a couple spoon fulls of Greek yogurt. Finally put in whatever you have to flavor it, close the jar, and shake the piss out of it. Put your jars in the fridge overnight and the oats will soften up and expand. Then you can just grab and eat. Maybe not the most exciting breakfast/snack, but it gets the job done and it is dirt cheap.

Trust me if you eat oats every morning for long enough it will just become the norm. I have been eating 2 cups of oats every morning for like 4 months now and it sucks at first, but you just kind of suck it up and get used to it.
