A cheat meal does not mean engorging yourself with as much food as you can possibly shove down your gullet. 4000 calories is 4 large meals all on its own, let alone everything else you already ate that day. A cheat meal is like instead of 800 calories for dinner you eat ~1000-1200. There's no way you're hungry after a thousand calorie surplus, you're basically eating your feelings like a woman at that point.

I weight 170 and I can eat an entire Costco pizza by myself within a good hour.
I could also demolish a whole little ceasars pizza in 30 minutes, and thats 2800 cal. Then just wash it down with 4 beers at 300 cal a piece, and you're right at 4000.

I've had 6 days over out of 24 or so, and I think I'm doing better overall, I started bringing lunch with me to work and drinking soda much less
I usually end up going over if it's a weekend or if I have a dinner out planned or something.
I've been doing home body weight workouts as well, I'm up to 4 pull ups from dead hang, but I haven't started any cardio or anything yet, but I am going to use a city bike on weekends to go on some of the bicycle trails around town.
Am I gonna make it bros? I haven't weighed myself, 'cause I don't own a scale, but I plan on fixing that next month sometime. I've just been really busy with work since I started this whole thing

Stop with the Reddit pix, for one. Just restart your eating plan. If you're looking for some dramatic story and set of protips, you're going to fail. Only 20% of people succeed at keeping weight off, and they do it because they slowly, permanently change their lives. You have to become the person who would rather go for a hike or max out a deadlift than eat an entire pie.
