8 HOUR ARMS (sorta)

Okay I'm taking rich pianas 8 hour arms to build my own ridiculous workout. If you're unfamiliar, you do a mini workout every 30 minutes 16 times. The original workout is purely arms, but I'm going to go full upper body. Here's the workouts

I'm not really a fan of chest flyes. I'll be doing the dumbbell rows with an arm and leg on a bench, so they're not really that intense like a pendlay row or something would be. I still get what you're saying, but I think I'll be fine

I did it, OP. Don't waste your time. only thing it did was give me DOMS for a few days. Arms stopped getting a pump after hour 2.

Literally the dumbest thing ever to do.

Weight lifting gives you diminished returns.

If you work out 8 times as much as you normally do, you don't get 8 times the gains .


This will be a net negative because it will screw up your rrcovery.

Just get on a decent program and make steady consistent progress you idiot

Pop battles aside, I'm dropping The Press to 4x8. 10 just felt like too much, the weight was light enough for 10+. It's hard to explain, but 8 just feels much more feasible to keep up all day.

Alright, halfway. One thing I'll do next time is split the bench and ohp. Triceps are failing, shoulders holding up fine. Haven't failed a row yet.

Size gains. Most people who do the 8hour arms grow about 1/2 inch permanently once the pump and inflammation are gone.

I'm actually impressed your shoulders are holding up, to be honest. While it can't be a lot, would you mind me asking how much weight you're using, and how much that weight is in relation to your 1RMs?

Also, are you doing the 16 shakes, or did you listen to his new advice about using BCAAs instead?
