Fitness Bucket list

What's your fitness bucket list?

I'll start with some:
>Win a local run race
>Win an amateur fight (boxing or wrestling)
>100 pushups
>One arm chin-up
>100 mile run
>Touching the floor with my palms when I'm standing.

Setting the bar low; the thread

> beat up some faggot in someones basement
> run 4 marathons consecutively

uuuuuhm....

this!

>Break Texas state record C&J and Snatch as a 94
>Finally do a Planche
>Look like I lift

Various level of difficulty, I know. Would still be pretty happy if I did all of them.

consecutively as one per day for 4 days?

>kissing a girl

This is my first ever Veeky Forums post faggots.
You fucking cucks.
You fucking degenerate cuckold watching faggots.

>100 mile run

so that'd be "in one go", without breaks inbetween. That'd be 160.9344 km, or almost 4 marathon lengths.

Haha shit I thought that was his goals. I'm OP, I still believe both are possible they can be one year apart.

It's a retarded goal nonetheless. Also, you don't need a year to recover from beating some random-ass faggot up in someones basement, that's not even an achievement, it's just something you do.

And if you really want to get your knees fucked so bad, just get into a crowbar fight with some thugs

Which one is a retarded goal?
Have a reasonable level of boxing or wrestling to be able to win an amateur fight or to be able to do an ultramarathon?
I was saying a year apart by assuming that doing the ultra would make me skinny and not super fit for a fight.

both, one is retarded because it's not an actual goal (anybody can beat up someone in a basement; that's not an actual goal, it doesn't measure anything, it doesn't mean anything. The person you're up against could be a total DYEL.) the other one is retarded because, well, should be obvious. Why would you put your body through that. It will not make you weaker, less attractive and less healthy.

>muscle up for reps
>ohp a gf
>olympic tri in double the WR time

I'm not that familiar with boxing or wrestling but should not your coach give you a green light before you can compete (it is that way in judo)? Amateur as in not professional but still with referee and an organization surrounding it, not a street fight or anything.

well, if that's the case, I retract the "retarded" statement on that goal.

>Running a marathon
Did it earlier this month. My bucket list is complete.

>that image
is this a bucket list for fatasses?

I agree with you the basement wouldn't be a good goal for me.
I'm attracted to the 100 miles as I like endurance events and hope my body won't be too ugly after it.

What a shitty bucket list. These are more along the lines of "basic conditioning that everyone should be able to do":

>20 military push-ups in one minute
>20 complete sit-ups in one minute
You can achieve that in one week.

>Mud race
Stupid thing to have on a bucket list.

>Plank pose -- hold for one minute
One minute is literally the standard time to hold a plank. If you can do it for 3 sets, you progress to something like side or wall planks.

>run 5k in 30 minutes
Which if you do interval training, it isn't that hard.

>run 10k
If you can do a 5k, going to a 10k is easily doable in 3 weeks.

>run 15
See 10k remark.

>run a run disney race
Okay, I can actually see this as a good thing.

>run a half-marathon
If you can do a 10k, you can do a half-marathon

>run a mile sub 9:00
Again, interval training.

>sprint triathlon
Actually pretty cool one.

>Tree pose -- hold one minute
Easy to do.

>Urban/trivia race
Then try out for The Amazing Race

>Zumba
Automatic fail in my book.

>2plate bench
>20 chinups
>5 dragon flags

>100 mile run
>setting the bar low

>100 mile run
Good luck with that one. Most people who do it actually say you walk most of it.

>run...
>run...
>running...

into the trash

Found the guy who's scared of a little and easymode cardio that's on that list.

> 100kg military press
> squat 180kg for high reps
> do handstand presses
> fuck a girl while holding her in the air
> fuck a girl
> knock a cow out in less than 4 hits
> escape police on foot
> get mean abbs
> curl 12.5kg with my wang
> find true love
> become a normie

1. 4/3/2/1
2. Dips for reps
3. Dragon flag for reps
4. Running a marathon
5. Salmon ladder
6. Learning the butterfly swimming style

Probably for 40 y/o moms.

damn 180kg ohp, mirin goals

Qualify for the Boston Marathon (run a 3 hr 5 minute marathon)
