Don't do it man. Took it during exam week and that shit made me sick. I was constantly on it during the week and by the end of it I had the shivers and overall felt weaker.

Just be sure to drink water with it and VERY careful working out on it. If you are sensitive to vasoconstrictors (do your eyes get red from smoking weed or do allergies give you migraines) then I don't think you can train with it.

I used to study with concerta/ritalin and that shit is awesome and still i've heard ritalin is the crappiest ADHD pill (compared to adderall and vyvanese). Sometimes i crashed with headaches and shit and sometimes not.. you just gotta remember to eat like you normally do
