Just eat before/after sun is up/down. You probably can't make gains, but if you're working out for only a month the only thing will be staying hydrated and keep going. Since it's one month of fasting or whatever, you just need to eat as much as you can when you can and stay hydrated before/during/after your workouts.

Don't do calorie burning exercises, no cardio, and do 5x5 or 3x5 for all your exercises with as heavy a weight and rest time in between. It'll lessen your likelyhood of sweating and calories burned while also increasing strength.

My friend is Iraqi and was Iraqi Military. He was big as fuck and used Ramadan and his fast as a time for cutting, but basically explained to me if you pig out when you have the chance to eat you can do it.

We all know that 3 square meals a day is bullshit, and it's calories in vs calories out. If OP wakes up an hour before sunrise, or whatever his cutoff time is and just gorges on food then he'll be fine. After that drink water, if you can't drink water make sure to down a liter of water after you eat, or as you eat alongside your food. 1k calories in the morning, 1k at night.

Get whatever you can thats high calorie and nutritious, protein shake before bed or in the morning (if you can't drink water it'll make you really thirsty, at least from my experience so do it at night so you can at least wake up and drink water if necessary).

I don't understand why you can't make gains if you try hard enough. It turns into sleep vs food at that point.

I'm gonna give you some foods that'll fuckin up your intake FAST (no pun intended). If you can't eat it or drink it then my bad but I don't know what you can and can't eat.

>4 Eggs = 320 calories
>2 Slices of Bread = 160 calories

There's breakfast, you should be able to eat that in 15-20 mins.

You only lifted for a month you don't have much to lose to begin with.

That being said, you just lift before iftar (stick to compounds, lower volume if needed - I've done SL and 5/3/1 during fasts), eat lots of protein (including whey) and have lots of water at iftar. Sip water all night. Eat protein and fiber at suhur including a casein shake. You can keep gaining.

Work out before Suhoor (or however it's spelled in english. Suhur?) so you don't get dehydrated.

Pig out at Iftar you already know how to do that since everyone does it. Just shovel calories in your face.

As Suhoor, drink half a litre of breakfast shake:
600ml milk
3 scoops (CMON. Banana or neutral work best)
50g peanut butter
50g powdered/fine oatmeal.

110g of protein right there. Rest of Suhoor can be fibrous vegetables and whatever you like.
