Kangaroo broth.
>250g kangaroo mince
>200g zucchini
>200g carrot
>200g dice tomatoes
>250ml stock of your choice (beef for me)
>optional: black beans or other lentils

Get a vegetti (like $6 off eBay), and prep the veggies; I prep multiple meals in advance and store them in containers. Toss mince in pan, cook all way through, add everything else and throw on a lid. Cook until veggies absorb the liquid and go soft. Worcestershire and tobasco sauce work equally well in it.

Noodles, boiled carrots, broccoli, chicken

Chicken Bean Stew:

1 can of black beans with juice
1 chicken breast, cubed
as much diced bell peppers and onion as you feel like

Put it all in a pot, add some garlic salt, pepper, turmeric, and cumin - put on medium heat and cover, stirring occasionally

Once it's sufficiently hot (bubbling but not boiling) take off heat and let it stew covered for about 10 minutes, then enjoy.

It's actually a lot better than beef but that shit's getting pricey and I don't really eat red meat anymore.

I have Indian once or twice a week because there's so many places nearby. It'd either be a vindaloo or lamb rogan josh.

Tonight, though, chicken breast covered in oregano and spices. Served with a potato salad consisting of potatoes, red onions, oregano, green beans, garlic, and olives. It was really good and I made two servings so I can have it again later this week!

Salads are best when made fresh and it does not take much time. My recent favourite is tabouli: soaked bulghur wheat, finely dices tomatoes and a fuckload of chopped herbs (parsley/chives/basil/mint/coriander/dill whatever you got) dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.
