You shouldn't bother testing for a long time you skinnyfat weakling.
I hardly ever test real maxes. if novice/intermediate add 5kg to DL/SQ and 2.5kg for BP each week/2weeks or advanced intermediate/advanced add that 5kg to DL/Sq and 2.5kg to BP each month.
Usually they come through the post between 5-7 working days after hitting your previous 1rm with 5 reps.

flat soles are fine for a powerlifting style squat, literally noones ankle mobility is bad enough to warrant it for lowbar squatting. Weightlifting shoes are more trendy then anything else, coming from someone who bought a pair.

I think that's more a general strength score at best, I'm actually kind of strong to normies, but for a powerlifter i'm weak as fuck. At least i'm making gains, most people at the gym are lifting the exact same now as they were when i started.
