I do mostly calisthenics but I sometimes do 14kg weighted chin-ups for 8 reps if that counts.

74kg atm, how am I doing ?

Reduced my cardio from 5-8 hours once or twice a week to 2-4 hours. A few people here and a couple articles I read explained that overdoing it is counterproductive. I'm annoyed the front of my thighs are still too big (they are bigger than my waist) and kind of miss my hamstring definition but I'm finally losing some weight (BMI is 28, a bit too close to the obese category...)

I'm still not sure whether I'd rather be a) leaner but bulkier/heavier or
B) lighter and able to get back in my old jeans, but looking considerably softer.

Maybe I'll get back to horse riding because God knows what a rising trot does for your legs and butt.

And before someone complains about my hair I just woke up and didn't brush it.

That 5-8 hours, is that in one day? I think anything more than an hour a day is way too much.

Weight loss. I only lose weight when I stop all physically activity. If I trek 15 miles and do 8 hours of cardio plus walking 6 miles carrying 12kg in a week eating a fucking cucumber and two tuna steaks my thighs get huge and Iput on up to 5kg. Then I get lazy and lose weight. Then I feel guilty and bored and get back on the wagon.

Currently ~241 lbs right now down from 255 a month ago. gonna cut down to about 225 and see how I feel about cutting more or just maintaining.

why no OHP? Do you have some injury?

No injury, I just don't do it.

The main reason I don't do it is because I'm really only concerned with benching.

However, I have been thinking about picking it up again because:

(1) Been having elbow tendonitis and OHP doesnt bother it as much

(2) Once I am done with 5-8 sets of bench, im pretty fried and cant do much more bench volume. But I can do OHP without too much trouble. And that has some carryover.
