I'm trying to get more consistent but I'm lazy af

People who can't run a decent time are pitiful. I'm tired of seeing these thick bros at the gym who never fucking do cardio and when they do they turn into a sweaty pile in 3 minutes. Yeah, you're real fit brah

Being blown by a gust of wind doesn't count as running, lanklet

Fucking what lol

im more of a sprinter, so my times are very varied

>too much HIIT

Who in the fuck is ever going to run a 5k in a practical situation. It's much better to do sprinting, which at the very least could have some applications in real life. Besides, everyone knows that open water swimming>>>>>>>>running

ex runnerfag skeleton reporting in
>4:50 mile PR
>9:45 2mile PR

How is your mile PR only only 2.5 seconds faster than the splits of your 2mile?

probably a 3k, not a 2 mile. definitely a 3k actually. 9:45 3k is almost exactly a 4:50 mile

4:02 1500m (so probably ~4:18 mile, not really sure)

Don't have a 5k time, but I have done it sub 16:00 in training.

Hungry skeleton runner here. The joke: I don't even like running, it just paid for my college and was the only sport I was good at.

1 mile 6:00
2 mile 14:00
5k, I dunno lol
10k, I dunno lol

Kill me

8:30. 5k 35 min.

Was a collegiate soccer player, and now I lift but love running too much to give it up.

6' 187lbs 10% body fat

6:20 mile tryna get sub 6

Mile: 4:36
I used to run, but I was pretty mediocre.

Holy shit some of you guys are pretty fast.

Not sure about my mile and 5k but...
2.4km/1.5mile is 9:18 which I just got today. Previous PB was 9:38.

Anyone else got times for 2.4km/1.5mile army test?

I figure my mile is about 4:50, but my 10k is 40:30.

Mile: 8:26
5k: 27:10

I am still new to this

Irish army by any chance? I got mine coming up at the end of june, my best so far is 11:30

Training for half marathons since last year.

1k 4:07.9 (on 10k race)
1mi 7:13 (on 10k race)
5k 21:59 (on 10k race)
10k 45:40
Half 1:42:51

Nah Australian. I'm not in the army but 2 of my friends are. Their best times were 10:16 & 9:12 ive been trying to beat them for a while now. When I first started I was getting 13+mins so im sure you'll be able to get your time down. Whats the required time for Irish army? Its 11:21 here (for my age group)

lol fucking non-athlete scum; go pretend you're a man somewhere else

Mile: 7 mins
5k: 26:15

>109m in 16seconds AFTER running 1500m in 4:02
Seems credible. I don't doubt that you mean it, but try working on your judgement.

Last time I ran a mile was when I was 15-16 and I got 6.34, gotta try it again soon

Have fun dying of a heart attack when you're 36 you swelled up fuck

it used to be around 5:54

i don't know now; i've been injured for a while, so i haven't run for time in months. maybe 4 months.

Football player here:
1mile : 4:35
2miles :10:20

Be careful of shin splints. They completely ruined my running training

>1500m in 4:02 is literally a 16 sec 100m pace for the entire way

Tripfags are retarded

People who can't lift decent weight are pitiful. I'm tired of seeing these skeletons at the gym who only fucking do cardio and when they do lift weights they turn into a sweaty pile benching the bar. Yeah, you're real fit brah

2.2 miles: 14:17
(33, 5'11" 205 pound ex fatty -- so not too terrible)

As long as you can squat 225, bench BW, and dead 300 you're fine. We have brains for mechanical leverage to cover anything higher. Not being able to run a mile in 10 minutes is suicide tier.

Bout to run in a little by actually. I used to train to get my mile down to 6min but I kept getting stuck at 7:30 mile.

These are my shit stats now

>Mile: 8:30
>5k: 17:42
>10k: lolidunno

You're running a 5k at a 6 minute mile pace but your mile time is 8:30?

Bruh

If we're talking PR's then:

1600m: 4:38
3200m 9:54
5k: 17:00

But I haven't run that shit since high school.

Never timed a mile, probably 7 something. Last 5k was just over 25 mins but I imagine I could get it sub-25 on a track i.e. without having to fight through a human swarm for the first km

Hi-diddly-ho neighbourino! I do Delamere parkruns and I'm not posting my results page :3 also I am aware that you can probably narrow it down to a few individuals based on previous information

Heart gains are the most important gains of all though. See you round the CCU at age 40 faggot

PRs:

6:30 1 mile
13:00 2 mile
1:30 lap sprint

5'11", 160lb, 26yo Army kid

Now? 34yo, +100lb, can't run for shit. Alcohol is a hell of a drug.

here, i literally never train cardio and my 5k is 25 mins (friend asked me to run with him last week).
Health-wise, i don't see any benefit to increase that time and i don't know anyone at the gym who is lean and natural who has shit tier endurance.
The post i replied to just sounded like a skeleton jealous of actually muscular people who wants to feel superior becaude of his sub 5minute mile time.

>math
It is exactly a 16 second 100m pace. JFC you're stupid

...

>1 Mile
7 minutes

>3 Miles
26 minutes

I've only been at it for a month or two and my original 3 mile time was 31 minutes so I'm happy with my progress.

8.59

Holy shit you are fucking stupid.

Back in HS
1600M: 5:39
5k: 19:52 :/

>Who in the fuck is ever going to run a 5k in a practical situation
The person who can run 13 miles without refueling because the "sprinter" ran out of breath 12.95 miles ago when they were trying to get out of a crisis situation and was caught up in the gun fire.

My average pace is 9:30min/mi. That's not very fast according to Veeky Forums. However, I can run way farther.

>tfw completed 50k 2 months ago

Mile 5:54
5k 19:4[4-8] can't remember exact sec.
Half marathon 1:45:46

Finna do a full marathon soon

Fat ass here, 12:34 today.
I will hit 6:00 and when I do I'll look back at that sad overweight high school dude too embarrassed to run and let him know he's gonna make it.

Congratulations! Keep up the good work.

Everyone who's mad at you is just mad Bc you described them perfectly; however, who cares what they do/think?

How much do you weigh?

Good job. Just watch those joints as being fat puts a lot more strain on your joints for a really high impact activity.

I want to start running. What's a good routine to build up speed? I need to be able to run 1.5 miles in 9:30.

hey our times match! but yeah same..

C25k, intervals, hill sprints, deadlifts, squats.

Mile: 5:15
5k: 17:45

7:00, 6:30 if I tried really fucken' hard.

Gotta get back into sprinting, m8t.

9:43 in December, working on pararescue for when my cross-training point come up next year.

>Who in the fuck is ever going to run a 5k in a practical situation

1 mile: 11m 45s. I was 2nd to last. Other kids skipped laps. No o excuse I was out of shape.

Pull ups 0

I had the highest flexibility I forgot my numbers. But I did alot of stretching in karate.

Me aswell, in the military

this, amerifats dont want to talk about cardio cause they can't run 100m without losing their breath.
They have lost their basic survival instinct.

Current mile: probably around 5:15; haven't done a trial in a while

PR (because I know some of you are posting them): 4:49

5k (ran last week): 16:08

half (ran a month ago): 1:30:03

Running another half in October, goal time is sub 1:20:00

Back in HS:
