If you've been lifting for at least a year, anything less than 50 is shameful

I'm natty and can do 70-75. Can do about 50-55 super slow controlled. 5minx5min pushup routine did wonders for me

I can do 100 with a short rest in between, but around 40 or 50 in one run is pretty much all I can do. Not super natty yet but I can do some decent push ups.

I used to have the same problem. I thought cardio was like lifting in that you just pushed as hard as you can until you can't anymore. It's pretty easy to get down if you practice though.

Extended cardio is important my nigger, slow it down a bit.
