What do you add to your bulking shake?

I tried nesquik chocolate, peanut butter, oats, milk and an egg today, but it tasted like ass

frozen banana, milk, peanut butter, vanilla or chocolate whey

add a neutral tasting oil, like canola or peanut oil, and a tablespoon of sugar for calories.

I drink plain milk tbqh 1/2 gallon a day

1250 calories for like 2 dollars a day. Less if you arent in shithole southern California

oh, and instant pudding powder is also a decent weight gain additive.

if you're getting enough protein, it's all about calories. fat and sugar are decent sources.

Oats, peanutbutter, and whey. 2x a day is approx 1300 calories

If you want oats in it, use a food processor to turn them into oat flour.

Makes it much easier and isnt near as bad.

Nesquik chocolate sounds shitty for you dude.

Perhaps throw in some banana, milk, oat flour, replacement for nesquik could be dark chocolate or honey.

Also if you are gonna add peanut butter, mix milk, egg and peanut butter first with a mixer then add it so it isnt clumpy.

Texture means a lot in how we like food.

I add oats, strawberries, blueberries, banana, vanilla whey and milk then blend it all up i really like it.

also oats how? do you use a blender? never made an actual shake before. just powder + water.

Comes out to be around 800-900 calories. Drink it twice a day. This doesn't include my jack3d before workouts and whey before/after workouts.

Use Breakfast Essentials instead of Nesquik. Tastes better.

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
random ass fruits and greens and nuts and seeds

blend that shit up

This. Adding olive oil (or coconut oil if you prefer) to your shakes is free calories and doesn't change the taste at all.

Peanut butter never mixed well for me in blender bottles. It's why I stopped using them. Just ditch the blender bottle and get your self a real blender, and just drink your shake from the blender.

2 cups milk
1 cup rolled oats
1 banana
2-4 (don't really know just take a big ass spoonful) tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate whey

Tastes delicious, north of 1k calories and the macros are about 25/45/30 p/c/f.

I make a 1000cal shake in the mornings.

1 cup of milk
1 banana
1/2 cup of oats
1 tbsp of coconut oil
2 scoops wpi
If I'm feeling like a greedy boy I'll add some yogurt or some peanut butter.

Does your body digest oats the same if they arent cooked? I read somewhere that cooking them converts the starches to sugars
