But half of these calories are nuts and peanut butter, and I just can't anymore guys. I can't.

It's 10AM where I live, and I haven't eaten jack shit.

I'm in the same boat as this guy. Every Christmas I usually celebrate with my wifes family (tfw orphan) and they always put ne right in the middle, It's humiliating as fuck because I look like the adopted child and I stick out like a sore thumb (they're all blond hair and blue eyed) but I can't really say anything because I know they're trying to make up for all the years I celebrated Christmas by myself and I feel bad about it.

this was mostly for a laugh, but if you add in vegetables and pwo milk it should be a decent enough diet plan, as decent as it can be eating the same stuff every day.

I eat 4 tablespoons of peanut butter everyday, I overexaggerated the amount.

However, I only eat ground beef and it's starting to piss me off. So is rice.

Not being a pussy is enough. Seriously, you need some back strength, it's like deadlift, but with a under grip and then some bicep strength to get your arms in 90°position and then hold this position.

If you are able to do 70kg deadlift and 10 chinups you are able to hold pretty much any girl like that, except if she is heavier than that, but in this case she is a ham planet and you wouldn't date her, would you? Even 65kg is usually too much for a girl.

Isn't ground beef a little expensive? Chicken breast and canned tuna is always there for you, son. Like I said, whole wheat bread and pasta are also good sources for carbs. Don't listen to the guys who say pasta is bad because of high GI, just don't overdo it with the portions or get whole wheat pasta.

I don't know, it seems less expensive than chicken. 350g of ground beef for 5 euros.

Frozen chicken breast is around 13 eur/kg around here. So thats about 45 cent less for 350g of the equivalent amount of ground beef, while being way leaner and a higher source of protein. Beef has got more zinc though,so you might want to still keep it around.
