Just be safe and take the 200 or 250mg a day for like a week to make sure you don't have any bad sides or reactions. No real reason to go over 500mg desu.
Oredered from buydnp and the dude labeled it as "zma aspartate". Very genius lol. Packaging was really good though. I used to get from yellow fever years ago but this packaging is way better and less ghetto.
