not op, but this is my 3 month progress. The first pic is actually half way through my first month. In both pics I have a pump. Diet, routine, and consistency make all the difference. A friend started lifting during the same time as me, he's been dirty bulking, has a shit routine, and has barely made quarter of the progress I've mad.

I'm starting my sixth month tomorrow. I can do 1pl8 OHP and 2pl8 Bench for 3 reps. I should get to 10 reps by the end of the month. I don't understand why people think this is some unbelievable task.
