Keep doing them, try a quick 10 second stretch before the lift. Then stretch longer after. Keep at it and the pain will go away.

Start a light weight and keep adding pounds until it hurts, and do reps there. Build up Flexibility. Went from doing reps at 85 pounds to lmao2pl8 for reps in 1 month.

However, starting at 1pl8 when you've never done the exercise is dangerous because it's a complex movement that needs to be practiced. The weight can be gradually and quickly added on but it's better to be safe, honestly.
