How long lifting?
Id go pretty heavy on squats(well relatively to me) but i just went up from 235×2 to 245×3 and that alone took me months.

being totally honest, they weren't as deep as i would have liked depth is mostly borderline. But it will get better as i learn how to actually low bar squat it was only my second time doing it.
