Kangaroo broth.
>250g kangaroo mince
>200g zucchini
>200g carrot
>200g dice tomatoes
>250ml stock of your choice (beef for me)
>optional: black beans or other lentils (drop 120cals from nutritional pic above without black beans, makes it a godly cutting meal)

Get a vegetti (like $6 off eBay), and prep the veggies; I prep multiple meals in advance and store them in containers. Toss mince in pan, cook all way through, add everything else and throw on a lid. Cook until veggies absorb the liquid and go soft. Worcestershire and tobasco sauce work equally well in it.

Of course, you can fuck around with the format, using different meats or cheese. It's a good fucking format though don't fuck with it too much. One thing you can do if you're into garlic is lightly cover the sprayed sides with some garlic powder before you grill it, and it grills in. I stopped doing that for the sake of my breath and it's fine without.

I fill the rest of my calories with fruit, cottage cheese and more oats. I sometimes treat myself to a square of dark chocolate.

I literally have zero change up and it works fine for me.

Currently cutting on 1500 a day, I have a really low maintenance and seem to gain weight super-quick if I eat at anything about 2200 a day.

Breakfast is a banana and one of those little special K cereal bars because they are delish.

Lunch is a post-workout protein shake

Dinner is usually around 7pm (get up about 10-11) and is usually something like Uncle Bens mixed pepper rice with a chicken fillet, I make my own hot sauce using mild peri peri Nandos sauce and some non-chunky bologna sauce with pepper.

Other days I'll have just chicken strips with hot sauce, or fish with mixed vegetables.

good stuff. I often make something similar with rice instead, but never thought of using quinoa. Might have to try that.

It's exotic as fuck. I can't tell you how many conversations have been struck up during lunch with grills in my office. "Damn user, that looks tasty! What is that?" etc

I've done brown rice and lentils. Quinoa has the best macros for what I'm going for (highest of protein cutting)

You realize you can cook the bolognaise, par cook the pasta or get bake cook (egg free typically) pasta and and layer the lasagne in small dishes (individual portiobs) and bake that as you need it ... retain fresh texture Nd get the bonus of prep.
