Health help / diet thread

I have some skin changes, i've seen a doc about it and she said it will pass after 2-3 months. It didn't. I thought maybe it was because of eating too many eggs so i dropped them from my diet, didn't help either. Can it be from eating too many protons? Anyone had similar issues? I'm gonna see a doctor again but can't sooner than july. This shit is on my back and some on my chest.

faggot

Just the help i needed

sorry first post

Looks like 1 of possible 3 things.

>1.eczema
>2.psoriasis
>3.allergic reaction

To my knowledge eczema comes and goes so its nothing to worry about, You might have to get so cream for. If its psoriasis then you have that for the rest of your life. I have psoriasis and it's a pain in the ass. No cure for it so you just have to use steroid creams and change your diet/take vitamins to help your immune system. If it's an allergic reaction then find out what it is and stop eating it. It looks more like eczema though so I wouldn't worry to much if I were you.

Thanks a lot. Hopefully a doctor would notice something as shitty as psoriasis the first time. The only remaining thing from my diet that i could be allergic to is chicken. I'll try to cut it for a month untill i see specialist again.

Doesn't look like eczema desu
Eczema tends to only flare up around joints. I've had it for my whole life and it's only ever affected my wrists, inner elbows, the back of my knees, and the left side of my neck. Maybe try getting some hydrocortisone cream to see if that'll work. It usually flares up in response to allergies so be aware of that.

I had this, it's yeast or fungus infection. They give you some pills and it goes away. My doctor told me to use selson blue once a day all over my body. It has antifungal that works in this kind of rash. Head and shoulders will not work. Buy selson. I'll call Walgreen and see what med it was. I shall deliver.

Ketoconazole

It will only spread more.

Is it anywhere else than chest and back? Where on the chest and back? How old are you? Are you a guy? Do you take any medication? Has it changed?

Thanks. I was showering barefoot at the gym back then when i first spotted this so maybe i was infected this way?

Slightly on my middle chest, can't see much because of hair. On the middle of my upper back and some spots around it, nowhere else. 21 year old male, no medication. At first, and it was like half a year ago it was only on my chest and after a few months when it supposedly should have disappeared i noticed it on my back.

I found a shampoo that has ketoconazole in it called Nizoral and it can be bought without perscription.
Thanks mates for all the feedback.

>showering barefoot at the gym
dude wear some fucking flip flops unless you enjoy athletes foot and other fungal infections

what's your diet? ketosis?

yeah i don't do that anymore
nope, just eating fairly clean and hitting my macros

its "pitymasis rosea" go search it up I had the same shit get cream to stop the rushing

I meant itching

Spelt it wrong "pityriasis rosea"

It doesn't itch. This is what i was diagnosed with and it didn't went away. (should've mention it earier but i forgot the name)

Instead of starting my own thread I'll post here.

My skin has similarly gotten worse since January, almost in direct correlation to my increase in lifting frequency.

I try and change my sheets once a week, I do sleep nude, my shirts are clean but form fitting, I often have a backpack.

I don't know.
It's discouraging to have dyels scoff at me with my meagre gains and act like I took roids for this body.

It's discouraging to finally have a decent body but being too embarrassed to go out swimming on public.

What do?

You have eczema, mine is exactly the same. You can get eczema pretty much anywhere regardless of what has been said in this thread. Don't use regular shower gel, oilatum is what you need. You also need a moisturiser like diprobase cream which you use twice a day and some hydrocortisone if you want the inflammation in an area to be temporarily removed. Also you look very pale which makes it more noticeable, slowly build up a tan and your skin will look better regardless of the eczema
