How do I stop holding piss and having the need to go at least 3-4 times to toilet to full empty it.I went to TWO (2) different UROLOGISTS NOT GENERIC DOCTORS and both of them said I have no problems.I've read that It might have something to do with having too tight pc muscles and that I need to release them and while I tried it hard works.Maybe I'm doing something wrong?Dont be afraid to post whatever you feel might be useful because It takes me atleast 1 hour at night to stay at the toilet empty my penis at a satisfiyng rate and its the same when I have to fap.ITS FUCKING HELL.

How much caffeine are you taking in?
I'm not saying it's the one thing that ails you, but in that it has some diuretic properties, it might be part of it.
I used to be pretty huge on it - Caffeine pill before my morning cardio, 3 cans of Pepsi Max throughout the day, plus PWO before my workouts, and maybe I'd have a can or two of Redbull if overtime at work kept me for long. Oh, and caffeine pills out the wazoo if I started feeling tired in the late hours of a party. Probably closer to 2 grams a day.
I pissed all the fucking time, like pretty much once every hour I was awake. I'd drink like 4 liters a day and probably pissed most of it away soon after.

Also, how much water are you drinking?

OP I have a similar problem, except in my case, it almost feels as if I "push" some of it back, whether it's piss or cum, and last night trying to empty out my piss made it burn a bit, my piss test came clean and my cardiologist confirmed healthy kidneys, so I don't know

Eat less carbs and replace it with fats. I had this problem and when I went keto, I had my best and most convenient pisses of all time.

You need more water on keto so you still drink and piss a lot, but it does not feel that annoying as it did before.

It has to do with the property of carbs, they need water to be stored in the body. Once you burn the carbs off, the water frees up again.

When I went to the first doctor It did(1 year ago) but now at the second doc didn't.

Does pee dribble out after you're finished? Because that's what happens to me. Also, when I stand up after peeing, a little bit of pee almost always dribbles out, so I have to put a giant wad of toilet paper in front of my dick to prevent piss from getting all over the place. And I would just pee standing up, but when I do piss sprays all over the place, so I have to pee sitting down.

Yep but not all the time.Also most of the time when I finish my normal way of pissing I need to sit down to completely empty it otherwise its almost never possible while standing.

They tested my urine and said that I have no infections(both of the urologists).

Feel you brahs. Have bladder problems myself. Have done like 6 prostate exams and they even sent a camera up in my bladder to check it out.

What i've been told is that your body can ALWAYS pee something out in case you would have some bacteria or shit you need to force out of your bladder or urethra.

So if you always have your bladder in mind, you will always feel like peeing. The key is to not obsesss about it.

Yeah, exactly. Like I've heard that masturbating too much makes the muscles down there clench up like crazy. I still leak urine, but only after peeing. But I guess girls are more likely to randomly leak urine than guys because their pc muscles are more relaxed.

Same man. I used to masturbate a lot. Sometimes I masturbate more than 5 times a day, and sometimes I even masturbate (and ejaculate) twice in a row. I'm going to try to stop masturbating though because I think it will fix my urinary problems, and because I think masturbation is unhealthy and immoral.

Another thing that sometimes work is when you finish pissing just contact the muscle that makes you stop pissing you will get out more piss.

Similar problem here and have not been able to find anyone with it after countless hours of searching.

I am unable to reverse kegal the full muscle movement after Ive had muscle spasms in what felt like the base of my dick, or the muscle that you squeeze when you want to pump blood to your dick/stop the flow of urine. whatever muscle that is spasmed on me, and since that spasm feels like it has gotten shorter and I am unable to reverse kegal as far as I used to. this has caused the problem of not being able to empty my bladder fully as well as diminished sensitivity of my dick.

i have tried tons of things and nothing seems to be able to allow me to reverse kegal as far as I used to. seen a urologist and even have an apointment for pelvic floor physiotherapist, but that might not be for a while.

does ANYONE know how to fix this or help this problem

yes. i think after years of posture/ and excessiev masturbation and sitting for extended periods ive started to either use these muscles incorrectly or not use them fully.

when you want to increase the flow of your urine when taking a piss, whatever muscle it is you push on, i am only able to push that about 1/4th the way of how far it used to go down, and as a result have a very weak stream when pissing. this same reverse movement is necessary for doing proper kegels. because it cant go all the way , when I do a kegal, its only flexing like half way.a visual example would be like if you did a bicep curl all th way up then only came down an inch or two before curling up again.

imo i think you will first need to learn to relax this are and then locate them properly.if you learn to relax your pelvic floor and the muscle in general you might not need to do reverse kegels.I will experiment it on myself and think it would works since i explained early in the thread why it would and o also stay on my chair all the time im awaken without counting the time I exercise of course.

I have the same problem, now everytime I go to sleep I have to stand up at least once or twice (not wake up) and go pee before I can sleep for 8 hours without peeing.

Someone on some health forum said he stopped masturbating for a couple months and that fixed his problem. I had a screencap of it on my old phone, but it broke.
