hey /plg/ my bench is stalled at 160 lbs I've tried Hepburn quadruple progression speed with Texas Method-style planned periodisation alternating between competition grip, close grip, normal grip and reverse grip on respectively DB bench, decline bench, heels-up ass in the air reverse band Slingshot wrist wrapped elbow sleeve flat bench, OHP, incline bench and strict 100% natty IPF flat bench on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays while doing Smolov Jr. for bench and I'm doing 1/5GOMAD and ate like a whole chicken the other day, and sometimes I do skullcrushers instead to confuse the muscles and sometimes I skip a day of training to eat more like garagebro said I should do and I do a lot of mobility work with resistance bands and lacrosse balls and foam roll my lats and glutes but when I wiped my ass yesterday I felt a tingling in my right shoulder so I figure I need to throw in some heavy lat raises before benching to rehab myself a bit. Is this the natty limit should I begin to pin it to win it as I am a very serious powerlifter even though I don't compete or should I get a custom made bench shirt or maybe make like a curtain and hang myself btw bw 250 lbs sq 160 lbs ohp 80 lbs dl 225 lbs maybe I should switch to a PPL and start bodybuilding but I wanna add a bit more mass before starting my cut SAVE ME TRAPPY

If you're doing Heb, you should transition from doubles to triples, then do a cycle of building singles around 90%. Start with 4-5 per session, build to 10. Then cycle back to doubles.
