For rice: add some bouillon cubes when cooking it for some taste. Garlic, mushrooms and green onion are great additions as well and they don't interfere with macro's. Soy sauce is quite good as wel. You can also switch to other carbs from time to time, like sweet potatoes.

Also try eating some veggies with that, doesn't really matter which ones. Broccoli is the go to choice for the majority of Veeky Forums.
