What the shit people? 500mg is something you take before a workout to help you not fall asleep between sets. I take 500mg at six PM and I'm still passed out by 10:30, 11.

How are you guys this sensitive to it? Do you just never touch it or never drink coffee?

I guess I just don't really get it. I've been drinking coffee daily since I've been 13 or so, I just fell in love with the taste and the whole process with it.

I've quit coffee for months at a time. Not for health reasons, but mainly just not having good coffee available or having the money for it, but my caffeine tolerance stays about the same regardless.

I also have ADD that I'm not medicated for, I don't know whether that has to do with how my body processes stimulants, but either way.

How's your sleep schedule? Are you sure you're not waking up during the night without realizing? That can have huge effects on your ability to stay awake.

My whole life I didn't realize you should control your breathing, so once I started doing it I was able to significantly increase my cardio gains, than my legs were starting to burn out before losing my breath. Also you have to warm up for this, you cant start sprinting right away, it takes too long to control your breaths this way.
