I went running with a qt from work a few weeks ago after she asked me to be her 'running trainer'. She was amazed that in the hour we were running she had to stop ~5 times and walk because she was exhausted and I literally never lost my breath. This same girl spends 30 mins a day on the treadmill at the gym.

The best way to move up in weight is trying to do only a few reps with more weight.

The idea is to do as many as you can with a greater weight, then move down to your normal weight. Once you know how many reps with 65 you can do, try to do one more with each session building gradually to 10, then do the same thing with 70.

- running to the gym and back (also a good warmup) if it's not too far away
- take up swimming/martial arts/rowing/any other sport
- run a little on off days
- don't be a fatass

Make sure you sleep and eat well between training sessions.

Proper hypertrophy should require a few days, but if you're in a lot of pain then wait longer or pay closer attention to your sleep and meal schedule.

Just start 3x12 with 1 minute restbreaks 2 or 3 times a week stack on 2.5 to 5 kg every monday.
