Basmati rice, veggie mix fried on a pan with olive oil and grilled chicken breast. I made oats-peanut butter bars for tomorrow morning breakfast before work, they're cooling in the fridge right now. I don't have pics because I'm lazy and eating right now.

I'm only doing this Keto for a week for show prepping maine. But 3 days before competition, on top of this bland diet I'm not allowed to have any sodium, any carbs with water in it, (have to eat baked sweet potatoes or dry oats), and sip water only when I absolutely need it. It's death.

PSMF during dbol kickstart phase of my cycle. Adding in tren-ace after the 5 weeks of 30mg/day dbol while my test levels get up with the test e.

2 weeks left. I'm looking at each dbol tab left and can't wait until its fucking gone and I can pin some tren and smash some carbs.

Positive, dropped a fucking lot of bf% in 3 weeks. Strength has increased, volume of workouts increased. Pretty sure no muscle loss. Seeing vascularity I've never before witnessed, and it's increasing at a pretty scary pace.

Hopefully hit 12% by time I've used dbol up. Tren will sort out sub 10% if I keep diet in check.

Macros are something like 250g protein on 2000kcals. Generally keeping carbs low and having a small carb refeed every week.

I don't know why people think keto = high protein. If they googled it for five seconds they would find that it's an awful diet that consists almost entirely of fat, and is for treating for epilepsy.
