You can't have guns in bars. It's illegal to carry there even if you are permitted to carry concealed.

I don't like Glock to be honest. They are great guns but I just can't shoot them accurately. Something about the grip angle fucks me up. My all time favorite pistol is a 92fs honestly. I qualified as an expert marksman with the M9 in the service and fell in love with that gun years ago. But it's triple the weight of the Kel-Tec and my gun has always fed the gold dots I carry without fail so I feel safe enough. Wish I had more ammo.

Again you will lose weight and mass, but that is mostly liquid. The actual gains stay.

I'm weaker than I was natty, at the end of SS. I had a couple months when I lost strength, but even after blasting for 4 weeks so far, I still haven't gotten above those levels, which may be because I'm doing PPLPPLx, rather than full body 3 days a week.

Should I change my routine or what?

Eat more. Focus on eating more whole foods; tough to get fat on lean meats, potatoes, rice, carrots, leafy greens, etc thrown in a crock pot. I really started exploding with consistently high protein (300-400g), and a daily undulating periodization program focusing on volume and frequency.

John Otis has an interview on shredded nation that outlines a very basic concept of DUP. The very idea of DUP though is that you tailor it to your needs. Take his outline and make it meet your needs. It's very simple.

I have 3 hypertrophy blocks weekly, 2 strength and a power block. I make sure on 4 days a week I focus on what I consider lagging areas to increase frequency.

I think it's all a seamless blend. You've got to be balanced and consistent in all areas to really shine.

I look so much better when I spend 120 minutes really hammering it in, than if I spend 60 minutes shitting around even on a good diet with decent consistency.
