Oats

So I just realised oats are much cheaper than whey and I can get a lot of carbs and protein.

How do I eat oats that have been rolled and steel cut? I want to eat 200g daily but I'm not sure how it's best to do this. Can I just eat them raw with milk or what?

>How do you guys eat your oats?

Can I just have a bowl of 200g with like 400ml milk and microwave for a couple minutes?

it has way less protein which is why its cheaper

>eating raw oats, ever

200 gr of oats
cacao powder
sweetener
500 ml milk

faggots that eat is as porridge should kill themselves

Yeah how do you eat it though? I've only ever had it as porridge. You just eat them raw in a bowl?

raw oats are the best

can't be fucked making porridge anymore

i just mix them with yogurt and eat them straight

What's wrong with porridge?

You can put them in a blender with some milk, some fruits and whatever else.

Yes that's what I do, sometimes I'll chuck a big spoonful of almond butter and maybe some honey as well if I feel like it. Also sometimes I mix in a scoop of whey if I have a flavour that goes well with it.

With a spoon. I just eat them raw.
Its just a personal thing. I mean I am not a toothless little girl that can only swallow.

What's the cacao for?

chocolate milk flavour, there are some semi bullshit health benefits attributed to cacao

Some people also add chocolate protein powder too. I like adding fruit

>thinking oats are an adequate source of protein

Jesus Christ.

Sick thanks man. How much do you use with

>oats
>little bit of sea salt
>banana
>peanut butter

God damn delicious and fills you right the fuck up

Oats don't have complete proteins. Enjoy your nogainz

about 10/12 grams, depends on your own tast

meme

do activated almonds have good protein?

Well, it is a plant so not a surprise.

I cut off junk food, but still eat too much. So skinny fat peace of shit.

i appreciate your ability to make proper scrambled eggs.

Typically just let them soak in milk overnight.

Then I either eat them cold or nuke them

I like eating them raw. But I've heard that it's better to cook them? Or to at least soak them?
