When I started bulkan I ate 1000 kcals worth of rice (300g uncooked), 500g of chicken breast with some hotsauce and then 500g of broccoli as a side every day. It was pretty pain free and I wouldn't call it unhealthy.

Nuts have crazy amounts of calories.
100g of macadamia has 718 calories.

Pecans and pine nuts are similarly high in calories.
