Literally he is just very skinny in this movie. The lightning and screen play takes a huge effect on how he looks. Hes like 5 11 and 155 lbs. If you were this size you would see how skinny he really is and probably looks anorexic in shirts. Have no clue why some many people want to look like this just for having abs, when you could build a foundation and look way more impressive with abs. To answer your question probaly could look like this in a year taking in account you're already lean.

Lift for a while and then gradually get lazy, lose size and cut fat. Its working for me

eat at a caloric deficit with good high protein foods

go to the gym and literally do whatever the fuck you want, even just jerk off while doing dips, continue until you have definition, boom now you have a fight club body

desu 5'11" and 155 lbs can be a very jacked body: not huge, but not skinny either

I swear, dyel idolize this body as if it were some glorious physique achieved through har work.
My goal when I was DYEL (147 tops at 6ft) was 180 with a 6 pac (so between 8-10% bodyfat)
But you know what? I developed bigger and better goals as time went on. Everyone has their own aspirations and goals with how they look. But at least have a good one.

2.5 years later into lifting I'm 185 at around 12-113 bodyfat. So my beginning goal ended up being a great short term goal and you realize as you're on your fitness journey how much mre there is to this thanjust having some muscle and getting lean.

So what I say to guys like OP is aim higher than Brad Pitt in fight club when you start and wclubhard at it and take it serious. You set low goals, gets you low standards and little results.
My original goal was roughly based off of Christian Bale's physique in American Psycho. Don't limit your potntial to just getting lean becase you want girls to like you.

Make fitness something you can find enjoyment in. Otherwise you will never make it
