I'm that height and this weight is correct.
I spent a lot of time researching my max natty potential.
Started out at 133lbs skeleton, now 158lbs. Goal is 175lbs.

You can't get bigger than 180 natty at that height unless you are a genetic freak. When I hit 175lbs I'll make the decision if being a /fraud/ is worth it.

You have to make the decision about your body Op. If all you desire is that v taper look then keep your bi's and tri's as small as possible. This will make an illusion of your delts and forearms looking bigger. Next, blow up your lats lats and pecs

Now is the hard part. Acquiring and mainting this look. How is your life style? Can you afford to eat super lean? Do you like to eat super lean? If no, if your dieting skills suck, then i recommend you start hitting those legs and put some weight on to burn extra calories in the future.

Maximum Lean body mass at that height is 162lbs everything else is body fat. So yeah you can get heavier than 180 at that height but all you'll be gaining is fat.

Most people here should expect to top out 5-10 pounds lighter. This is due to the fact to reach 100% percent of your natty potential is extremely difficult and takes many years for those final 5+ pounds, that is if you even have the genetic potential in the first place.
