Does anybody know what to do about patellar tendonitis. Should I just take NSAIDs and train through the pain or should i be doing more stretching/ recovery stuff?

furry on OP. well, good work on killing the general you fag.

Take time off guy, also try doing more accessory work like ghr and sissy squats, if you can use higher reps, or instead of ghr try doing laying leg curls. Never work through connective tissue pain.

Do you have anterior pelvic tilt?

let it heal first
do tons of stretching too, make sure your ITB and other shit are relaxed

if you want you can also do compression ("flossing") which seems somewhat popular
