Had a pound of salmon sashimi and an avocado with a bit of soy sauce for my dinner today

Cauliflower crumbled to be rice-like, peas, carrots, orange pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro, tofu cooked with olive oil, and fresh squeezed lime juice + a little tamari

Make this pretty often (this was last night but haven't eaten dinner yet tonight)

But it doesn't taste bad, it tastes great. A ton of garlic, lime juice, and some tamari makes it really tasty user

Also cauliflower isn't bad for you. It's healthy. And I just enjoy eating it

2 eggs cooked w olive oil (sometimes)

brotein shake 1 scoop (sometimes 2 to gets my pro tein)

grilled salmon, turnip greens, and sauteed zucchini with green apples and onions

can see why blooks like eating greens, the shit is surprisingly tasty as fuck.

This is the saddest thing I've seen on this Burmese bingo appreciation board in a while.

Preheat oven 250c
100g oats
100g grated carrots
50g banana
30g plain yogurt
100ml milk or more/less to make it thick
2 scoops whey
Baking powder
Pinch of salt


Mix dry ingredients first,than add the rest and mix everything together,pour in a baking dish with baking paper in it so it doesn't stick.Bake for 15-20min,top with peanut butter or anything you like

A bunch of red lettuce, 1/2 a head of broccoli, 3 chicken breasts, 2 pieces of 12 grain bread made into croutons, and a bit of ranch.

This is probably my favorite salad to make.

2500cal for today, was trying to stay around 2100 since 2300 is giving me too slow of a weight loss (trying not to lose strength).

How do you know if salmon is good enough to eat raw? Or did you order from a restaurant?

This. Had the same symptoms, went to an allergist, gave me the results that night saying to never eat seafood (including shellfish) again or else I'd probably die. Check it out before eating fish again.

WELL AT LEAST TELL ME WHATS FUCKIN WRONG WITH IT the patty has 9g of fat. its all pretty low fat except the eggs. I know I should be eating greens but I just never have fresh shit. just trying to get all my protein in from food so i dont have to drink 100 scoops of whey. also, i buy a lot of pre packaged shit like the rice, yogurt and anything i can make in the micro because i actually have a job 5 days a week 8 hrs of hard labor.
