If your D-3 is below 10.000 IU per cap don't even think about buying it.
Buy magnesium citrate, zinc and vitamiin C.

It's also a waste of protein powder to have a shake before and after every workout. Instead use it like an ingredient. Mix it into your oatmeal, cereal or make protein pancakes or some shit. It's pretty unenjoyable to drink straight up desu.

Sure, real toxicity only sets in around 40000-50000UI but it's still a good idea to not overdo it. If not for your health then for your wallet. 5000UI is plenty for anyone and already more than 5x above recommend daily dosage.

Sadly this, i am the anti social above. I take 5k a day and have for months now. For it to be deadly and you to receive the toxicity of it you need at least 40k.

Micronized creatine is not a type of creatine but the way its processed. Its a finer powder so its easier to mix/absorb. Also (quality)Omega 3s I would consider essential if your not eating plenty of good fish just because of how beneficial they are to overall health.
