Lift, heft, move logs for 2 hours every morning and afternoon for 1 year and you'll be like guy on right.

The guy in OP is OCB. He literally said he hasn't lifted 6 days a week in years. He just does full body 2-3 times a week now-days.

durr obviously, but why lift for 6 days, when you could lift for 4 or 3 days and get the same results?

I'm currently doing this routine. Been only on it for a month so can't really say much about results. Although I gotta say it's a nice change of pace after doing for 6 months ICF

It doesn't really matter, if you're not on roids you will never look like this.

OCB is a big guy though, once you hop on gear you can just hit your time muscles in any way and you'll look great in a few months
