Are store brand vitamins to be trusted? I just bought some from Rite Aid and I was wondering if they are any different from consumer brand supplements.
Henry Diaz
Nigga what are you worried about? You think Rite-Aid of all places is a scam?
I know protien powder and creatine(I hear of possible hair loss, so hell no) are effective.
Are any others excep the multi ehey and creatine worth buying??

1. Creatine can only slightly accelerate hairloss in individuals that were genetically predispositioned to lose their hair anyways and it's not like you're bald by a week of usage.
Now other supplements that might increase performance: Beta alanine (pretty much the same effects as creatine accept less studied for long term effects) Vitamin D (only effective if you're deficient and you're most probably deficient like pretty much everyone not in the southern hemisphere) Zinc (also only effective if you're defficient. At least 15mg of elemental Zinc should be consumed daily) Fish oil (doesn't directly increase performance but reduces inflammation and improves recovery)
