How long are your workouts?

mine rang between an hour and an hour and a half. Some of my bros say they only workout for 45 mins. Wtf is this?

an hour and a half. I do PPL and have 6-7 different exercises i do each day with 3 sets each. When i was on a full body routine i could finish in about 45 mins.

45 min on average

2-3 hours depending on how many sets I do. (Home-Gym)

But I only lift 3 days a week.

Routine is

Main lifts
>Deadlifts
>Squats
>Bench
>Weighted Chins
>Push Press (or) Weighted Dips

Secondary lifts
>Lateral Raises
>Hammer Curls
>Calf Raises

super sets and knowing the most efficient way to do your routine will help you get the fuck out of there

it is a time drain to just sit around resting unless you are going for PR. got shit to do besides lift

cardio 20 mins
bodyweight 30 mins
strength 50 mins

total 1 hour 40 minutes, 6 days a week
im on gear though

1.5 to 2 hours.
Depends heavilly on schedule. Some times I have to condense the workout to 45 min to an hour and just increase intensity, superset, and lower the weight.

YFW Arnold even said in his book on weightlifting that if your workout lasts longer than 45 minutes you fucked up, should give up for the day and just go home.

I get up in the morning and do about an hour of calisthenics.

After work I hit the gym and lift for 1-2 hours then do an hour of cardio.

...

arnold was also blasting gear, doing photoshoots for gay mags, and fucking a fat wombat maid. I take about 10% of what he says serious.

Old fit here - I'm with ya, still building size at 48 years. Doing maximum effort takes time, used to believe the timer but think it's really just to keep people moving on / off the equipment at a gym... Home gym, rest and go heavy, rest go heavy... 1-2 hrs - don't believe in cortisol meme... If I speed up the workouts then my progressive OL slows and I don't see results. So take your time and do whatever works best... you will know...

Usually do between 1:15 and 1:30

Workout with my brother on an upper/lower split. On upper body day we usually have enough time for:

5*5 bench press

4*10 barbell shrugs

10, 8, 6, 6, 6 pyramid overhead press

4*12 bent over rows

4*10 weighted decline situps

5*10 bicep curls supersetted with 5*10 triceps cable pulldown

4*8 lat pulldown

About two hours

>get to gym, only power rack/barbell being used
>do a little bike warmup and some stretches to get ready
>power rack still in use, guess I'll do accessory shit first
>finish all my accessory shit, power rack still in use
>sit around on my phone browsing internet
>power rack finally not in use
>do my 3 main lifts for the day

I fucking hate this gym but I'm not paying for it so I just deal with it.

10 hours of cardio + lifting every week.

1- 3 hours a day.

However in his biography he says he worked out hours every day

45 minutes in total for squat, OHP, extra shoulder work, then bench, then biceps, then back.

Fucking roids man, don't need no rest

2 hours on PPL unless I decide to do 10-30 min of cardio
>no uni summer gaines

>2-3 hours

enjoy ur nogains

45-90 minutes, depends on how I feel. If I can keep going after doing what I planned which usually takes 45 minutes, I'll do extra.

Doing Candito's LP

Upper days tend to take about 1 hour
Lower days tend to take about 1.5-2 hours
and lower day is literally
>squat
>diddly
>front squat

rest is good

8 hours

I lift for 3 hours too, but that includes my warmup time which is like 20 minutes of foam rolling/stretching plus i do it again for about 5 minutes when im done training. I'm doing full body 3x a week and making hella gains.

>gains bus
>no racks
>no bench
>just a bunch of meme machines

5 days a week typically between 2.5-3hrs. been doing it for about a year now, still recovering in time etc. just gotta eat

Today was a Smolov Jr. squat day. From the time it took me to foam roll, do my sets, re roll, and stretch, took about 60 minutes. Was pretty burnt out from hard cardio earlier, so went really easy on assistance, spent the next 30 mins doing a few pull ups and mostly chatting with my mentor/getting advice

t. SS+Gomad person

usually an hour and a half

2 hours because I shitpost on Veeky Forums inbetween sets.

between 50 and 75 minutes

Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
The first 45 minutes is cardio
Then the rest is working whatever muscle groups are in order that day b
