Nah I aint doing that shit. My uncle went fucking crazy using roids and Im not going down that road. Ive heard both sides of the argument that Zyzz was natty/he used roids but I like to believe that I can get there without them. But I do think I need to get a proper organised plan going for my lifting otherwise ima just get average gains.

is about the limit what you can achieve natty (though its hard to tell whether hes actually natty or not), would take at least 5 years of completely dedicated training natty, but you could get there in two years on roids

that's a question you have to answer for yourself. dont roid before you've been lifting for at least a year tho, and have the diet and routine down

I refuse to believe I'll need to take roids to get my goal body or close to it. I've been training for about a month only for 2 hours a day with 40mins intense walking/running each time. I've lost a lot of weight and the main improvement I've seen is my arms are getting huge and defined. Yet to see abs tho because of tummy fat.

Side effects aside, in general steroids get a bad rap because normies think you'll get to become a 200 lb 6%body fat monster without lifting a finger.

Reality is it'll only increase you muscle mass by a small amount of you don't do any exercise. What it really does is speed up your muscle recovery. I'm only talking about natural testosterone roids ofcourse ; there are plenty of derivatives and combinations that have different effects that BBers can make use of.

depending on the amount of test you're using (and your own physiology) there can be some nasty side effects or almost none at all.

If you're a beginner, don't think consider roids till you've got at least 7 or more years of dedicated lifting under your belt. One of the big mistakes is for new lifters to hop on roids and go for ego lifts without giving their psyche /joints / ligaments time to grow.

I've seen plenty of people who would do 1 or 2 cycles and quit forever while some how maintains all the new muscles they've gained during the cycle, and I've also seen some who do a cycle; get fucking massive, but as soon as they end the cycle they shrink back down with a bunch of ugly acne and sides.

Basically, roid if you know what you're getting into and know what you're doing. Otherwise, stay clear of roids until there is more evidence based longitudinal study on its effects.

Youre bei g pretty naive to be honest man. 99% of people that 'look fucking great' or 'look like they lift' are on AAS. Youll figure it out eventually. Sterioids arent evil, either. Even at superphysiological doses they dont have to fuck up your health to any noticeable extent. A lot lf it comes down to genetics and tolerance, like everything else.

I know that without steroids you're looking at about 2lb/month muscle gain after the beginner gains. What can you expect on a low dose of steroids? What if you take steroids while you have your beginner gains?

I'm already pretty huge at 210lbs 15% 6'1" but I've never had a goal body before and I was just kind of inspired

I'm aware but it appears he had upper cross syndrome. A good stretching routine combine with some posture exercises could really do a lot for his physique.

I have always wondered, is there a benefit to doing it like that? Is it like getting a jump start and then keeping thing going, or does everything you gain vanish after you stop? The before/after of guys who were juiced to the gills is always pretty shocking.
