you are right. however, you are a manlet to some people, and not a tiny minority, but a pretty big part of the population. sure you're taller than average but relative to others you are short.

as am i sadly. i'm 6'-6'0.5'' and i'm the tallest guy in my group, taller than most people, but there are i always see people taller than me, not a lot proportionally to the general population, but enough. not to mention the women who are almost as tall as me, i don't think i ever saw a girl taller than me, but the women who are almost or as tall as me make me feel a bit weird.

I'm just over 5'8, and I'm shorter than most other guys where I live.
5'8 as an average accounts for all the manlets in Asia, so that fudges the numbers a bit. I'd reckon that average height in North America/Europe is close to 5'10/5'11

Universally agreed 6'1.5" is the absolute min.

I have conflicting feelings about the manlet cutoff because I'm Mexican but my dad is 6' and I'm 5'10. And I'm only that short cuz my mom is literally 5'. But anyway I feel like 5'10 is probably the manlet cutoff cuz if a spic like me who is supposed to be short could reach this height even with my predicted height being like 5'8 then any healthy white person should reach this height

6' tall is literally the worst of all sizes. You're tall, but small tall. You are at the low end of being tall. From a group of guys who all are tall, you're the smallest. No girl will ever go "Pete is tall... but user is even taller!" You have the worst of both worlds. Today, i was walking down a corridor at work. On the other end of the corridor a girl, who was just as tall as me, walked in my direction. "Even girls are this tall now" is not a meme. I was not prepared. I looked at her, but she didn't look at me. Then it struck me. She didn't even notice me. It was because i am 6' tall. What she felt was neither "He's so tall omg so hot!!", nor "Eww i hope that goblin doesn't want to talk to me". She was literally indifferent. She did not acknowledge me to such an extend, where if the corridor was only 3 feet broad, she still would not even notice my mere existence. Her eyes pointing straight in my direction, she would look right through me. As my physical body approached hers, she would slip through, not feeling any resistance. I am shattered. How could i ever have any impact on others, being 6' tall. Manlette privilege is triggering feelings in others just by your appearance. As a manlette, you at least know that girls hate you. It's like having a mole on your forehead. It does not make you more aesthetic. In fact, it makes you less aesthetic, but at least you're unique. You're noticable. You're that guy with the mole. As a 6' tall guy, you are a post-it on a white wall. You're just ... there. Nothing more. You manlettes can not know the pain. Don't even get me started on lanklettes. At 6' tall, you literally are inferior to anyone else. If i won't miracoulously grow at least for an inch in the upcoming half of the year, i will break both my shins, plane the bones to an inch shorter, then get it fixed in a hospital. At 5'11, at least i can rule the manlette kingdom as the true king that i will be.

I think 5'7" is around the lowest a guy could go before he appears truely short. so 5'6 and under is probably manlet status.

Can confirm. Ching Chong here at 5'8". I'm taller than everyone in my family (including all my half white cousins), with the exception of my half black cousin. My sister is 5'7", so I am filled with regret over what I could have been had I not pissed away my growing years staying up late and always wearing my loaded backpack.
