How does Yates row numbers correlate to pendlay row numbers? I can do 62.5kg x8 with the Yates row, and it's putting me way up there in points.

The more you weigh. The harder it is to do bodyweight movements
If you want to great at weighted pullups, aim for 8-12% body fat or whatever you can to maintain within that percentage
